    A boarding house with treatment is situated in the centre of a pine forest on the bank of the Rubskoye lake. Surrounded by the forest tract the Rubskoye lake is on the Moscow- Ivanovo route within 40 km from Ivanovo town and 35 km from Suzdal town.
    The Rubskoye lake water exceedes almost trice total mineralization value of the Baikal lake. It contains in great quality calcium, magnium, hydrocarbonate. Besides recreative purposes this water is used for preparation of an artificial mineral water and for balneological treatment.
    Sapropeleve muds containing in the lake are effective for treatment of skin diseases, bone- muscular system.
    The drinking water of an artesian well on the boarding house territory contains a great quantity of calcium (12.89 g/dm3) and can be used as “natural mineral table water”. The treatment base of the boarding house allows to perform treatments (physiotherapy. therapeutic physical exercises, massage, medicinal sauna, mud-and-water-cure, solarium) for holiday-makers with diseases of respiratory , digestive organs; bone-muscular, nervous, urino- genital systems; skin.

In the boarding house it is organized an all-the-year-round health improving camp with treatment and training for 21 days.
    On the base of the boarding house there are organized seminars, banquets.

Boarding House /Pensionnat/ with treatment “Plyos” of RF СТД

    
    A 6-storeyed sleeping building situated within 40 km from the Volga river. Rooms are one-, two-bed, semi-luxe – rooms with all conveniences. In spacious halls of every storey there is a T.V. set, a soft furniture. In the building there is an international telephone communication 6 meals a day. The dining-hall is specious, bright with two halls. The menu in the dining-hall is ordered.
    On the territory there is its own beach, a bath-house – sauna with pool, sport and volleyball playgrounds, a film hall, a library with reading room, billiards, a table tennis. In the evening: discos, concerts. In summer : meetings with theatre and cinema artists. There is a children’s playing room, a night bar, a hire post. Works an open tennis court.
    The boarding house territory is protected. For holiday-makers there is a protected motor cars parking.
    The boarding house goes on round the clock. There are organized excursions. It specialized in patients’ treatment with diseases of peripheral and central nervous system, with diseases of locomotor apparatus, with diseases of respiratory system.

Boarding House /Pensionnat/ with treatment “Plyos”

    A boarding house with treatment “Plyos” is situated in one of the most picturesque places of the Plyos town, in a birch grove. Mild climate, settled silence, absence of town transport and industrial enterprises create good conditions for rest and health improving . In the summer period this boarding house receives 360 persons, in winter and in the inter-season period 160 persons. At guests’ disposal there are rooms of different comfort : in cottages in one-, two-, three-bed rooms (conveniences for one cottage : shower, lavatory cum bathroom); in a brick one-storeyed building in one-, two-bed rooms (conveniences for three rooms : shower, lavatory cum bathroom) and in units de luxe (two-room ones with all conveniences); in a wooden two- storeyed building in 3-, 4-bed rooms (conveniences on the floor: wash-stand, lavatory).
    The boarding house treatment base allows to perform medical procedures (lasar therapy, flexo- acupuncture , magnitotherapy , electrophoresis, inhalations , phytotherapy , therapeutic physical exercises , massage) for holiday-makers with diseases of respiratory organs, cardio-vascular and bone-muscular systems.

Rest home “Poroshino” (F.I. Shalyapin’s country-cottage /“Dacha”/)

    
    It is situated within 5 km lower than Plyos down-steam on the high right bank of the Volga in a picturesque place. In 1910 F.I. Shalyapin travelling along the Volga accompanied by theatre and landscape painter N.A. Klodt met in Plyos local landowner Shulepnikov and spent several days in his suburban estate Uteshnoye. Admired by the landscape sights Shalyapin bought a Shulepnikov’s land lot for building a country-cottage. A project of “ a spacious house where can be located about 15 persons : members of the family , household servants and all staying people” by architect S. Kuznetsov in 1912. By 1914 when Shalyapin intended to come here again the building had been completed, but the trip had to put off because of the war beginning. So Schalyapin did not see his country-cottage.
    In 1918 the building was occupied by the village commune, in 1921 there were accommodated Povolzhye’s starving children there.
    In the present air the building is a compound complex of wooden log buildings which has connected separate elements of Neo-Russian style, neo-classicism and constructivism - a rare example of the health resort architecture in the Soviet power first years.
    The kernel of the complex is a wooden stretched in plan two-storeyed house under two-slope roof. To the house there are joined symmetrically lateral one-storeyed wings in the air of two simple caged huts (izbas) from each side (one with one window, another with two windows on the front façade) connected with each other be means of a log passage. To the rear façade of these izbas-wings there join two square in plan two-storeyed towers with belvederes covered with cut-off cowls and wooden decoration. On the base of Shalyapin’s country-cottage increased by outhouses it was opened a rest home in 1923. In the left house wing, near the library, there is a F.I. Shalyapin’s room- museum.

    The children’s health improving - educational cebtre "Kleshchevka" is situated in the picturesque pine forest having heаling air and calming power on the high bank of the Teza river flowing near the Shuya town of Ivanovo region and carrying its waters into the Klyazma and then into the Volga. The centre give an opportunity to children to improve their health. Thereat children are drown in an active creative educational activity. Medical health improving is provided by qualified medical workers. For realization of different health improving programs there are equipped in the centre the following rooms: a room of therapeutical physical exercises, dental room, physioroom (Ultrahigh Frequency Therapy, electrophoresis etc.), massage room, room for inhalations, treatment room, solarium. The centre has available 2-bed - 3-bed rooms with all conveniences in 3-storeyed building. The centre has its own autonomous boiler-house, a bath-house, a school, a dining-hall with four – five meals, an assembly hall, a sport training hall.
